2. Fill in the Online Booking Form & Submit to us - We will give quotation for confirmation 
3. Confirm Booking - Deposit RM100 into our Maybank A/C No: 107068327609 (Izaharin Ishak) within 48 Hours from your booking date ie: today
4. Call/SMS/Email to us deposit reference number then only we will block the car
5. Confirmation Slip will be send to your email/hp
6.Arrival date - Pick up Car and pay the balance together with photocopy IC & driving license
7. Valid e-mail address is required for confirmed booking
8. Secondary contact details for emergency is required when renting the car

3. Confirm booking - Deposit of RM100 only

 4. Valid e-mail address

5. Secondary contact details is required to be given together with copy of IC, Driving License and Bank-In Slip Deposit to enable you to pick-up the car

Note:

Free Delivery to Hotels within Town Area - up to Tune Hotel, KOMTAR and Penang Jetty Only 

For Airport & Sg Nibong Bus Terminal Delivery,  a one time delivery charges of RM10 will be charge for pick up & drop off.  
Surcharge of RM 20 will apply for pick up or drop of the car from 12 am - 8 am


Please be advised that all CONFIRMED BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE if you cancel your booking since we have blocked the car for you on the said date.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CUSTOMER : PETROL IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

Delivery of car to your hotel can be arrange at affordable rate. Earlier arrangement needed.

Other places in Penang Island, the below rates will apply:

RM 10 per delivery to Sg Ara, Bayan Lepas/QsBay, Sg Nibong, USM, Gelugor, Jelutong, GreenLane, Air Itam   

RM20 per delivery to hotel/house at Teluk Kumbar, Pulau Tikus, Gurney/Tg. Tokong/Tg.Bungah 

RM30 per delivery to hotel/house at Batu Feringghi, Balik Pulau 

RM30 per delivery to hotel/house at Butterworth/Bukit Mertajam 

We Reserve the rights to change the car as per any circumstances occur.
*Please be advise that we are under 1st come 1st confirm booking policy. If you confirm, we will block the date and reserve the car for you.A security deposit of RM100 must be bank in within 48 hours from booking date ie (when the quote is sent). If no booking payment of RM100 receive, we will release back the car for open booking.

*Please be advise that return time is 1pm next day. The car must be return before 1pm next day even the pick up time is after 1pm. Late return after that will be charged at RM 10/hour or RM 5 for half and hour or 30 mins late return. If more than 4 hours, full charge of a day use will be imposed. Early pick up in the morning can be arrange provided the car is free in the morning and must be return the same time next day (ex: Pick up at airport 9am - Return at 9am next day).  Please advise us on your travelling schedule, pick up time/place, drop off time/place once you have confirm.

Please be advise that all our cars are in good condition and can be used within unlimited mileage. However in any circumstances occur during your journey outside Penang, we will only cover the first 50 km towing charges to our Panel Mechanic and engine repair charges: excluding breakage of glass in windscreen window or sunroof, tyre, paint, other wear and consumable items. Extra towing charges will be at your on expenses.

In the event your rented vehicle is involved in an accident and give rise to a claim, your vehicle must be removed to our approved repairer for repairs. Failure to remove your vehicle would be a breach and we shall have the right to decline liability.  You are responsible in respect of each and every event for an excess fee of RM 400.
